Molecular distillation
The glass reaction kettle is designed for double glazing. The inner layer is put into the reaction material and can be stirred. The inter layer can be heated or cooled by different cold and heat sources (freezing solution, hot water or hot oil).
Under the condition of constant temperature, the sealed glass reaction kettle can be stirred under the condition of normal pressure or negative pressure, and can be refluxing and distilling of the reaction solution. It is an ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemicals, pharmaceutical and new material synthesis.
Advantages:

(2)Molecular distillation is made from high borosilicate glass 3.3 and PTFE,which have excellent corrosion resistance.
(3)High-precision distillation barrel allows the liquid to a form a complete and unified thin film on the heated surface.The smooth inner surface,avoid stick and scaling.
(4)Scraper Model and self-cleaning roller Model film forming system are available.
(5)The barrel of the Distiller has glass and stainless steel material for selection.
(6)Magnetic force transmission make film forming system separate from motor.The whole system performs a completed sealing.Min Vacuum degree can reach 0.001mba.
