  Ternary precursor coprecipitation reactor is the core equipment of lithium ion battery production. Major components:

PLC + touch screen control. Reactor, peristaltic pump, on-line PH control system and temperature control circulating device are composed of four parts, which are controlled by PL C + touch screen.

1. The reactor is made of stainless steel and high borosilicate glass with jacket design. Its volume is 1L, 2L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L.50L, 80L and 100L 200L. Mechanical stirring is adopted, and the speed of stirring is adjustable from 50 to 500 r/min.

2. Using double-layer propeller, the mixing speed is fast and the dispersing effect is good.

3. The metering pump can realize continuous salt liquid, NH4OH, NaOH, LED digital display of pump head speed, adjustable feeding rate and timing function.

4. On-line pH automatic control system: high stability, acid-alkali corrosion resistant PH meter, control range: 0-14 PH, resolution: 0.01 PH;

5. Temperature Control Circulating Device: Temperature Control by Jacket, Temperature Control Range: 30-70 degree C+0.5C

6. By using PL C+touch screen control, the temperature, pressure, stirring speed and feeding rate in the reactor can be monitored online. Users can realize unattended automatic response only by inputting a set value, thus avoiding the degradation of product performance caused by the fluctuation of special guard and manual regulation up to 48 hours.
