Introduction

Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The principle is: constant temperature heating under vacuum condition makes the rotating bottle rotate at constant speed, and the material forms large area film on the wall of the bottle and evaporates efficiently. The solvent steam is cooled by a high efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency, especially for the concentration and purification of the biologic which are easily decomposed at high temperature.

1. Condenser.

There are main condenser and vice condenser to make large condensing area and good condensation effect.

2. Exhaust pressure relief feed switch.

Vacuum piston valve,convenient feeding and discharging,improving working efficiency.

3. Discharging valve.

It used PTFE material to enhance corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

4. Forklift.

It makes the rotating flask dismantling easily

5. Elevating handwheel.

It is easy of heating water pot to lift and down.
