Introduction

Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The principle is: constant temperature heating under vacuum condition makes the rotating bottle rotate at constant speed, and the material forms large area film on the wall of the bottle and evaporates efficiently. The solvent steam is cooled by a high efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency, especially for the concentration and purification of the biologic which are easily decomposed at high temperature.

Advantage

(2) The rotating bottle is connected with the nut for ease of loading and unloading.

(3) Collecting bottles with a discharge valve at the bottom, and recovering the solvent quickly.

(5) The water bath pot is controlled by electronic constant temperature and can be lifted up or down.
