Product introduction

   The solid phase synthesis polypeptide is mainly used in the organic synthesis laboratory of pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory and other institutions. It is one of the main equipment in the biochemical pharmaceutical synthesis experiment.

   The kettle is a single layer or a jacket. The cooling solution and the heating liquid are available between the jacket. The unique design of the filter plate at the bottom of the kettle is that the equipment can withstand the pressure of up to 100KG reaction liquid and avoid the dead body at the bottom of thereactor. The filter is made of PTFE material and connected to the kettle through flange, which is convenient for dismantling, cleaning and replacing.

   Solid phase synthesis reactor can be used for stirring, filtration, filtration process, replaceable filter reactor more than the conventional one, the kettle can choose single layer or jacket, the Vacuum filter is used to filter, borosilicate glass kettle, high transparency, can be observed easily, can also be equipped with mixing system. Using the PT100 temperature probe, the error will be small and the temperature measurement accuracy will be high. After the experiment is completed, the material needs to be filtered out for easy operation.

   The glass three - pass valve can be used for discharge and gas protection at the same time. Polytetrafluoroethylene is used in the filter part and the modified Teflon filter plate in the chassis with conventional filtration aperture of 40-60 microns, which can be matched with other filter holes.

   All glass products in the Glass reactor are made of high borosilicate glass and expanded coefficient 3.3. Its smooth and uniform surface ensures no material bond, easy to clean, better perspective and easy to observe the process; it is made of SiO2, B2O3, NaO, Al2O3; it has anti chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance to a variety of acid, salt solution, organic intermediates, disable hydrofluoric acid, high concentration phosphoric acid, and alkaline solution. The temperature should not be higher than 50 degrees centigrade; the temperature range of the glass parts is from -80℃to +200℃; the heat resistance is less than 120 ℃, and the operating pressure of the glass parts (the pressure range is different for different temperatures and DN diameters), from -0.1Mpa to 0.4Mpa.

   The filter reactor is suitable for the chemical reaction and physical process under the synthesis, catalysis or other solid liquid of the laboratory / factory, so that one or more steps can be carried out in the same kettle (such as filtration after the completion of the reaction), thus reducing the drift of material measurement and reducing the transfer times of the reaction substrate. It is used in such fields as pharmaceuticals, peptide synthesis, tobacco research and so on.
